My name's Neil, but most of my friends call me Nicko. I love to construct applications that caters to user needs and wants. While I'm away from coding, I get off the grid to explore and seek great vistas through long backpacking, hiking, and camping trips. As for now, I'm excited to contribute to a company that solves user dilemmas and that makes a great impact on the society.
JavaScript
This is my love and strongest suit. I'm completely blown away on the versatility of JavaScript, and its momentum in occupying the back-end.
React.js
A well worth investment in learning despite its steep learning curve in terms of setup. Now, I share the same excitement and rave on the growth of React.
AngularJS
My favorite front-end framework due to its effortless rendering of dynamic views. With the use of data binding, I love the automatic updating of the view once the model changes and vice versa.
Node.js
Most of my experience constructing the back-end is through the lighweight yet powerful Node.js.
HTML5
HTML was the very first web technology that I have encountered when I was in 7th grade. To this day, the evolution of HTML is astonishing with its new elements, attributes, and behaviors packed in HTML5.
CSS3
I've also learned CSS at the same time as HTML. Likewise, the growth of CSS over the years has been remarkable to me. I love how CSS3 is also backwards-compatible with its earlier versions!
My Work Experience
Here are some of the applications that I've built utilizing tech stacks that covers the front-end and back-end
